    1. clean the pumpkin and cut into pieces
    2. heat olive oil in a dish
    3. put the following into the hot olive: garlic cut into bigger pieces, smashed whole black pepper, fresh ginger cut into little pieces, little lemon peel cut into little pieces, and chilly if you like spicy
    4. leave them for a short time in the hot oil (for abut 20 seconds)
    5. put the cut pumpkin into the dish and put enough water to cover the pumpkin
    6. put salt according to your taste and little lemon juice
    7. cook it till the pumpkin become soft and easy to smash
    8. mix it with handmixer till it become creamy
    9. cook it for another 5 minutes
    10. serve hot with toasted pumpkin seeds and dress with pumpkin seed oil
